Charity Race in February

Plan to join in the fun at February's meeting when we participate in the semi-annual Charity Race. Sign up forms were circulated in January, but feel free to contact the Charity Chairs, Barbara N. and Kim L. to join a team (or plan to bring iron/ironing mat, sewing machine, or rotary cutting materials to the meeting and fill in where needed). Hopefully, we will have a bunch of completed quilt tops by the end of the evening.

Charity Block of the Month packets were distributed at January's meeting - be sure to bring finished String Blocks, Dinosaur Applique Blocks, or Ribbon Blocks to the next meeting. Additional pre-cut Ribbon Block kits are also available from Barbara or Kim. Don't forget that this year, you will receive points for each block, quilt top, or finished quilt turned in (be sure your name is on the bag) and for each yard of fabric or batting donated. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the year for members with the most points!
